Through the franchise agreement between Qaiwan International University (QIU) and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences (FMSS) was established in February 2019 and offers two main programs: the Bachelor of Human Resource Development and the Bachelor of Management (Technology) .
