On 9 June 2026, the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department successfully conducted a training program titled “Performance Management Systems” for first-, second-, and third-year HRD students. The session was organized by fourth-year HRD students and facilitated by Ms. Tina Muhammad Naseri. The program provided participants with valuable insights into performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation, highlighting the importance of aligning employee performance with organizational goals. The event served as an enriching learning experience, enhancing students’ academic knowledge and professional skills in the field of Human Resource Management.
