Vice President for Academic and Scientific Affairs at Qaiwan International University (QIU) and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences. Previously served as Dean of Faculties at QIU (2018–2022) and as Head of the Computer Science Department at Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI) for three years.

Holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Machine Learning) and an M.Sc. in IT Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, as well as a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from the University of Mosul.

 

An affiliated researcher at MaGIC-X, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and a reviewer for the International Journal of Computer-Aided Engineering and Technology (IJCAET). Research interests include software engineering, machine learning, intelligent systems, information systems, and pattern recognition.
