Biography

Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator at Qaiwan International University – UTM Franchise, Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences.

Holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, focused on workplace behavior. Also holds a Master’s Degree in Management (2016), a Bachelor’s Degree, and a Diploma in Accounting from UiTM Malaysia.

Research areas include workplace incivility, bullying, emotional intelligence, ostracism, and employee behavior. Has three years of teaching experience and works on research projects with government-linked institutions in Malaysia.
